The Center for Cell and Gene Therapy in the Texas Medical Center has been engaging in immunotherapy research for more than 20 years. They have conducted more than 100 cell therapy clinical trials to test novel therapeutics invented at their center to combat pediatric leukemias and solid tumors, including clinical trials of CAR T cells for neuroblastoma.
