Patterns in honeybee pathogens

This animation covers researchers from the University of Edinburgh’s work on how they sequenced the DNA from honey bees across Britain to understand the diversity of their genetics, and their associated microbes (pathogenic and friendly). Using this database, future studies will inform us about interactions between microbial species and how this affects honey bee health and diversity.
