How can robots help us understand physical processes in the Nordic Seas

Autonomous ocean gliders are a useful tool for understanding our oceans. In the Nordic Seas, researchers from the University of Bergen are using them to collect data on a wide variety of ocean characteristic to measure currents and water mass transport, thermochemical properties, interactions with the atmosphere, and much more.
