Serious and organised crime costs the UK around £37b every year. But who is charged with these crimes, and what happens to them in the criminal justice system? This research is one of the first studies to emerge from a ground-breaking data-linkage initiative, led by the Ministry of Justice, funded by ADR UK, and hosted by the Office for National Statistics.
