Professor U. Sandler is department chairperson in Lev Academic Center (JCT). He is specialist in theoretical physics, critical phenomena and behavior of biological systems. Uziel Sandler is one of the founders of fuzzy dynamics. He has published more than 80 academic articles in Physical Review, Journal of Theoretical Biology, Fuzzy Set and Systems, etc. and several books, among them “Neural Cells Behavior and Fuzzy Logics”. Professor Sandler is a member in several worldwide committees in abovementioned fields.
